1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Eat The Frog, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We license the app to you; Kinobo Studios Limited and its licensors remain its owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Eat The Frog offers optional subscriptions and lifetime access through Apple App Store or Google Play. Store rules apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account at least 24 hours before renewal. Billing and refund matters are handled by the relevant store, and we do not receive your payment card details.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the app for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reverse engineer the app, create unauthorised derivative works, transmit harmful or illegal content, or attempt to circumvent purchase or access controls. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for any data or roaming charges.
5. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, names, and other intellectual property in Eat The Frog are owned by or licensed to Kinobo Studios Limited. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app.
6. Third-party services
The app uses RevenueCat for subscription management and Apple or Google for purchases. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
7. Availability and warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that it will meet every need. We may change, update, or discontinue the app. You may need to install updates to continue using it.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinobo Studios Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Our total liability relating to these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the app during the preceding twelve months.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will publish the current version here. We may suspend access where conduct violates these terms or harms the service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
